- 500 grams of meat

- Adequate salt
- 12 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 8 shallots
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 galingale
- 0,5 tablespoons pepper
- 2 cm galangal
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
- 1 tablespoon of candlenut
How to make delicious gandul broth:
- Boil the mixture that has been prepared until tender. After cooking, lift and cut the tetelan into small pieces.
- After that, boil the coconut milk and put the sauteed spices into it until blends in. Add tetelan slices, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce and salt. Then stir until smooth.
- After the coconut milk thickens and looks boiling. Stir occasionally so that the coconut milk remains one and does not look cracked.
