Kopyok noodles are authentic Semarang specialties characterized by noodles, gendar crackers and stinging gravy. This food is hard to find in other cities. Material:
- 400 grams of noodles
- 150 grams of touge
- 4 pieces of rice cake
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml of water
- 100 ml of chicken broth water

- 8 small slices of pong tofu

Making Steps:
- Boil the broth until boiling. Add chicken powder broth, salt and pepper. Mix well.
