How to make Kopyok Noodles


Kopyok noodles are authentic Semarang specialties characterized by noodles, gendar crackers and stinging gravy. This food is hard to find in other cities. Material:
  • 400 grams of noodles
  • 150 grams of touge
  • 4 pieces of rice cake
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml of water
  • 100 ml of chicken broth water

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder

Making Steps:
