- 500 ml of water
- 1 orange leaf

How To Make Original Madura Satay:
- Prepare chicken and cut it into several pieces and slice it into small pieces. After everything has become a small part, we are prepared with a distinctive peanut sauce.
- Blend peanut ingredients (peanuts, red & white onions, red chili dan salt). Then add water, sweet soy sauce and orange leaves into it. Cook until cooked.
- Smear the stewed chicken with the peanut sauce. So that more spices enter the satay, spread the chicken meat evenly.
- Burn the chicken & coat it with soy sauce. Burn by flipping through the satay until it smells strong. The smell that smells indicates that the satay is cooked.
- Place the satay on a plate, serve it together with peanut, rice cake, chili and small sliced shallots.
